Confusion

How can you possibly know what is to come? Just when you think you have things figured out… just when you think that life is great and all is well in your world, BAM… it all falls apart and you are left sifting through the dust trying to reclaim what small pieces remain of what you consider “life.” Then, when you think your back is up against the wall and things could not possibly get any worse, you look up and realize that the smoke has cleared and things are changing. The only thing for certain is that confusion is inevitable and that life is unpredictable at best.

The only thing in this world that you can control is yourself and the only person you can afford to put your faith in is the Lord. Human nature is evil… human nature is disappointing and deceitful. It is through the grace of God that we all find peace, and it is through that grace that we benefit from hardships, learn from mistakes, and forgive those who trespass against us. Keep on living… never give up the fight. This battle belongs to the Lord, and as always, He will never put more on us that we can bear. If you are not blessed with understanding then you should understand that there is also a reason for that. Trusting Him even when you don’t understand what you are battling is what FAITH is all about.
